REGARDING COVID-19: (updated MARCH 30th, 2020)
TO OUR PATIENT COMMUNITY
We are aware of the concerns and anxiety over the current coronavirus outbreak and wanted to address how we are handling this in our office.
Our services are deemed ESSENTIAL, and as such, we are remaining open to serve patients, though we are going to close on Wednesdays through the end of April. We may adjust more days/hours in the weeks ahead, so please stay updated via our page here, our facebook page, or the office #.
In the meantime, we continue to ask that anyone with a fever, flu-like symptoms, cough, and/or shortness of breath, please refrain from making appointments currently.
In addition to following CDC guidelines and our routine disinfection and cleaning procedures, we are also vigorously implementing the following:
• We are limiting the # and frequency of patient appointments (only ONE patient per hour in most cases) to allow for social distancing and COMPLETELY prevent person-to-person interactions ALTOGETHER
• We are thoroughly disinfecting all surfaces and points of contact for patients before and after every visit, to include items such as door handles/knobs, pens, tablets used during the electronic records data gathering, all lavatory surfaces, and all treatment related equipment (tables, EMS units, US unit, etc.)
• Dr. Dolengo continues to self monitor for symptoms and fever daily, as well as personally doing fever screening on every patient that comes in prior to their treatment

We hope this provides some level of reassurance to our patients, but also understand the uncertainty that surrounds this coronavirus outbreak and the anxiety it can cause, so we respectfully understand patients who decide to cancel appointments at this time.
